Hi guys i do not know if happens to you but when i am going to enter at the Aerosoft shop page i get a message telling me that the web is infected with malware.

Any one is getting the same message?

[AnchorageX hangs at 6% when loading in FSX?]

Do you have Ultimate Alaska (UT product)? If so i had the same problem every time i loaded Anchorage (default not aerosoft airport), even if i selected a nearby airport the computer took ages to load the scenery. My computer it is not to powerful.

I have to lower the impact of Ultimate Alaska in the Anchorage zone to get an almost decent frame rate and normal load times.

Beautiful video Robert. I was lucky to see them in action at Myrtle Beach AFB in 1991, beautiful show.

I work as a diver instructor in La Manga del Mar Menor in Murcia and almost every day I watch the Patrulla Aguila trainning, the spanish air force team. They have the base in San Javier near to the dive center and are fantastic too, the make really tight formations and dangerous manouvers with the CASA C-101 aviojet.

Hi Rusty

Yes the Supplementary Sound Controls ( i suppose you are refering to Aerosoft Sound Control - ASC) are very recommended no matter what version you have. This package just add nice sounds to the working buttons of the cockpit and to the flaps.

About the texture fix i am not too sure, but i suppose that if it is a higher version will have it include.

Hi Avian

You can donwload the DHC-6 paint-kit in the update secction. Prior to get the paint-kit, (if not done yet) You will have to registered your copy of the plane with the serial you got when you bought it.

I do not use the FSpaint program so i can not help you in this matter. I just use Photoshop and DXTbmp to make the repaints. Photoshop to make the repaint and save it as BMP and DXTbmp to convert that BMP to a DDS archive.

Hi Stanner

If you want to activate the flight plan in the GPS, you have to click the AUX button in the GPS. It will appear a message (LOAD FS FLIGHT PLAN, or some thing like that) and click enter in the GPS.

If your problem is that the green light(VOR/ILS) is allways on and you can not put it in (GPS) blue. I think it is because you have a valid ILS frecuency activated. Try not to activate the ILS frecuency and try if you can change the VOR/ILS to GPS.

Maybe there is a problem with your surroundings because i do not get any trees in the area. This is what i get as i departure Dutch Harbor bay:

Near Chernofski

Umnak Island

I have installed UTX Alaska and GEX so maybe this could be the difference. But looking at your screenshots i think you have GEX too. Did you have any tree enhacer freeware or something like that installed? or did you have GEX textures installed with the Special landclass fix (adds more lush and a rich green variant)?

Any turboprop will suit really good to Unalaska but ant type of aircraft will fit good to the area. Pen Air flies the Metro III, The SAAB 340 and the Goose to small locations. Alaskan Airlines flies the B737.

I usually fly in the Aleutians (in FSX) and i use a lot of types of aircrafts like the Twin Otter, Catalina, Beaver, dornier DO-27, CRJ, B737, or the Metro III.

Hi guys,i have the same problem when i start the Twin Otter, But i found if I put the mix fuel levers to a middle possition and not fully forward, i do not get this RPM behavior and if i get it is just a little. Try it works for me.

My real life duties have taken all my time, but the paint still alive. I still have problems in the nose of the plane, so i will think about to take off the upper nose color and leave it red. Now i am working out of my house so i can not work in it for 1 week.

I did find nothing on the french page, but I went to the german one and eventually got the FS2004 paint-kit.

Thanks for your help, I am looking for the Beaver X (FSX version).

It is the only one you will find, there is not one for FSX, you can use the FS2004 one for the FSX version.
