When I copy and paste the reg. # I get a message that it is the wrong key code. The first, second, and fourth boxes are filled but the third is not. I've tried to input in the third box with no success. Without the reg., some of the program functions are unavailable. Anybody have any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Do be aware that they're short staffed during this week for the holidays, so it might take up to two business days for them to respond. I noticed you said you copy/pasted the registration #, which should eliminate the most common error people make by trying to manually enter the number. I bought FlightSim Commander X from FSPilotShop way back in 2009 and managed to complete updates until FSC 95. In a rash moment I uninstalled and reinstalled FSX, thus requiring a reinstall of FSC. I easily installed the original FSC 850 using the original serial etc., but when I try to download updates from Aerosoft it refuses to accept the same serial etc. for registration. So, I have now sorted it all out and have FSC 9.6 installed in FSX. Sorry if I have caused confusion. I am now very apprehensive about what lies ahead as I attempt to reinstall all my FSX addons.
