If you want to have actual cycles for the future you can buy a subscription for example here: http://en.shop.aerosoft.com/eshop.php?action=article_detail&s_supplier_aid=11686&s_design=DEFAULT&shopfilter_category=Flight%20Simulation&s_language=english So there is manual/automatic online update. Actual cycles can not be obtained for free, but have to be bought for your Addons.
