Aspen won't install

Hi guys; I had the misfortune to have to rebuild FSX yesterday and today: all went well except that Aspen would not install. It accepts the email address and serial number; it adds Aspen and AspenKase to the "Settings" file, but doesn't install the actual folder. Any ideas anyone?

EDIT: I cut and pasted the spare from my backup folder. It works fine. I have no idea why this was necessary.

Hello Pj,

Can you try this.

Remove AspenX using the Add/Remove programs.

Then delete the folder below.

C:Program FilesInstallShield Installation Information{757F55B9-A5B6-41D6-A126-2B1C0066EA91} folder.

This folder may be hidden so you will need to set the option to show all hidden files and folders.

Then re-install AspenX.
