Jonathan_f 2
Just curious - why are there no high level airways over LOVV, LJLA, LZBB, LHCC and LWSS?
Deputy Sheriffs The Dude 6537 Posted January 1, 2017 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted January 1, 2017 They cancelled them all by Notam some weeks ago. Not sure why, probably an EU compliance thing. But you will not hear me complaining. More small states should do that, I'd rather have waypoints and directs that start and end at an FIR boundary. Emi 5161
They're actually setting up a free route network over whole of Europe until 2021. So with the time all high altitude airways will vanish in all of Europe.
