SHARKYCSI 0
Hi all! I am having a problem with Freight Dogs. I load the freight dogs from "select a flight:" Aerosoft flight files. Then "choose a flight:" frieght dogs - Beaver Amphip on Wrangler. I can start the aircraft and taxi to the loading area, and load the cargo. When I do this, in less than a minute fs9 crashes to the "send error to Microsoft" window. I have the fs9 update installed and a lot of add-ons. My system is as follows: p4 3.2 ghz 1 gig of ram nivida 7800 GS video card 256mb of ddr3 memory sound blaster audigy 2 card two hard drives saitek x52 Flight Control System latest fsuipc and drivers Any ideas? Thanks.
João Pinto 23
A lot of things could be happening. Does this only happen when using the FS Cargo module?
SHARKYCSI 0
No. However, when I fly the encluded planes in Alaska, I can fly longer without the screen going blank and then FS9 crashes. When I use FSCargo, it seems to happen quicker. I feel it my be a scenery issue because when I was just flying around I received a scenery load error message, but after clicking the error message was able to continue flying. Shaun Fletcher 571
Hello SHARKYCSI, Can you try moving your fs9.cfg to a safe location and delete the original and restart FS9 and let it rewrite a new one and see if that helps.
SHARKYCSI 0
OK. I moved the FS9 config file. I reinstalled the FS9 update. Restarted flight sim, loaded Freight Dog. Everything is running GREAT! Thank you Shaun for your help.
