Catering Truck and Loaders incorrect

The catering trucks do not go all the way up to the door and are positioned wrongly this applies to the loaders too is there a way to correct it

Hello;

You need to use AES Config. program,to set the correct postioning,and height of the equipment,you need to do this for aircraft,different planes have different settings.Go to page 12 of the manual,it tells you how to do this.
