vhqpa 1 Posted March 8, 2013 Share Posted March 8, 2013 I had previously purchased a single cycle (1302) which worked fine. I just purchased a 13 cycle subscription. However in Navdata Pro on on the account menu I wasn't able to put my new serial number in. I reinstalled Navdata Pro and now on the Account menu it only displays my email and serial the other fields are all blank where there used to be data. Trying to update the navdata the download button is greyed out with a "Failed to connect to Aerosoft-Server" message RESOLVED!!!!
