Repair for push causes aircraft to sit on its tail

Recommended Posts

Hello,

When I repair for push, my Carenado C208 starts with its nose in the air and its tail in the ground. I tried it with repair and without. I also tried it with no payload or fuel. If I don't repair for push, it bounces during pushback.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Most prop aircraft you can use throttle and differential braking to turn it around.

Even with a Dash 8-100 I don't use a push at most terminals, some have markings for the turn out of the gate.

I need to get out of the parking space somehow. How do C208's usually do it?

I normally walk to the rear of the aircraft, push down on the tail and swing the aircraft around. Oh wait, that is what I do for a real Cessna.
