Well, yesterday I bought in Aerosoft Online Shop the Airbus 380 (download version). I installed it correctly in muy pc with the serial number that was sent to my email address, but when I run FSX on my computer, and choose on the main panel the Airbus A380 I hear a beep coming from the pc and the FSX shut down... My pc is new, I bought it three weeks ago: OS: Windows 7 (x64) x12 RAM Processor: i7 nvidia gtx 580 I restart the computer and run several times FSX but always happens the same, when I choose the A380 I hear the beep and FSX is shut down. I would like some help. Thank you very much 1. As the product page states, 64bit compatibility can not be guaranted! 2. Did you install as "Administrator"? 3. Any error messages? Thank you for answring my question. 1.- I installed it as "administrator". 2.- There's no error message 3.- Probably it's because of the OS x64 bit... I'll try to uninstall and install it again. Thank you very much The information below can be found on the WilcoPub Website in there Support Section HOW TO SETUP your Wilco Product under Windows-VISTA\7 : * Uninstall any existing version of your Wilco Product * Go into program files\microsoft games\ * highlight Flight Simulator X folder and right-click on it * Select the SECURITY tab * Click on your username (not on Administrator 1) * Click on the 'edit' option (it should have a pic of a shield on the button with edit next to it) * Then you should be prompted by Vista security module, click on 'ALLOW' * Then tick the 'Full Control' box and press 'OK' * Reinstall the latest version of your Wilco Product You should then be able to use your Wilco Product.
