njuser 1
Hi Friends, My Traffic X was running flawlessly for me, and there came a point where I had to reinstall FSX to my system for unrelated reasons. Since then, My Traffic X still works, however, despite asking the program to "remove" FSX default AI traffic, it is still there. The My Traffic X traffic is still there and working, but the majority of the traffic I see and hear on ATC is the FSX default traffic. Can anyone help me out with this issue? I cannot seem to find prior posts on this but if they exist could you please point me in the right direction. Thanks so much. Seth
Shaun Fletcher 571
Hello Seth, You can turn it off by finding the appropriate traffic file in the Scenery/World/Scenery folder and changing its extension from BGL to OFF and then it wont load. njuser 1
Great! Thank you so much for the help! I think you are referring to trafficaircraft.bgl.passive. Is that the correct file you are referring to? What exactly should I rename it as...trafficaircraft.bgl.off? Thanks for your help again! captain13chris 54
It should be named as trafficaircraft.off Chris
Shaun Fletcher 571
Hello Seth, If its that name already it shouldn't load. Please try searching to see if there are any others that may be enabled.

Shaun Fletcher 571
Hello Seth, They normally have the word traffic in them so do a search for traffic*.bgl in your FS setup.
