Aerosoft A320 Throttle Issue

I just got the Aerosoft A320 packs from Steam during the sale, and I'm able to get everything working smoothly except for the throttle. I can activate reverse thrust with my keyboard/buttons on my Xbox controller, but I can't increase the throttle whatsoever, even using the mouse to manually push them. I tried using the right stick as the throttle axis as per the throttle calibration settings, but that only sticks the throttle in dead center near climb, and I can only move it up/down from there, and it'll always spring back to center. I'm absolutely certain I'm missing something, I can't believe that there would be absolutely 0 way to get the throttle working using an Xbox controller.
