Issues with XPlane 12 and NavDataPro

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I have recently purchased and installed NavDataPro in my X Plane 12 instance.

While the navdata works fine, X Plane is giving the following error:

Zitat

Error loading the scenery file:
Custom Data/1200 atc data/Earth nav data/atc.dat

However, the file exists and reinstalling the data didn't help either.

Taking a look at the Log_ATC.txt file revels several issues, even though these do probably not cause the issue, as I have seen similar log entries with data from another competitor and don't get this error message.

The log.txt file shows the following error:

Zitat

0:00:03.251 E/SCN: Custom Data/1200 atc data/Earth nav data/atc.dat:
0:00:03.251 E/SCN: Invalid CHAN: 132020!

As this is the only other error regarding this file, it is most likely the cause of the error message.

I hope this issue can be resolved.

Kind regards

First of all thanks for your response.

I missed that there already was a thread. (Yes I do speak German)

I have tried reinstalling it once again but unfortunately the error is still present.

By deleting the folder I can verify that it actually reinstalled the file.

As the normal log still only contains one issue I am confident, that the data did not get corrupted during download.

Same error now again here. I will continou in German, hope, it's o.k. for you:

Reiner C.

After upgrading to 2401 the issue no longer presents itself.

However, I think it's unfortunate, that there was no revision or update of 2313 resolving the issue.
