FS Flight Keeper 3.6 [Build 1790] and rebuilding navigation database for MSFS2020

I have FS Flight Keeper 3.6 [Build 1790] for MSFS 2020. I've run into and issue where I can't seem to rebuild the MSFS 2020 database. When I point the directory to \Community the build starts as expected, but when it gets to 99% I get an error "Stop Action Encountered" or some such error. (I don't know the specific error ATM) edit: attached the error.

 

Does anybody know how to rebuild FS Flight Keeper 3.6's navigation database?
