Could you please create a ticket where you can provide this to us? You can create a ticket here, and the log files can be found in the following locations: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Aerosoft One\logs\aerosoft-one.log (if it exists) C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Aerosoft One\logs\aerosoft-one.old.log The Aerosoft One team will then take a look at this and get back to you.
