"Couldn't not connect"

Hi,

 

Since it sounds like there's an issue with your One connecting to our servers, we'll need your Aerosoft One log. Could you please create a ticket where you can provide this to us? You can create a ticket here, and the log files can be found in the following locations:

  1. C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Aerosoft One\logs\aerosoft-one.log
  2. (if it exists) C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Aerosoft One\logs\aerosoft-one.old.log

 

The Aerosoft One team will then take a look at this and get back to you.
