2. Stay On-Topic: This forum is dedicated to discussing our products and providing support. Please keep your discussions relevant to the products and services offered by our company. Off-topic discussions should be taken to the appropriate section, if available.

3. Search Before Posting: Before creating a new thread, use the search function to see if your question has already been answered. Duplicate threads clutter the forum and can make it harder for others to find valuable information.

4. Provide Clear Information: When seeking help or assistance, please be specific in your questions and provide all relevant details about your issue. The more information you provide, the easier it is for others to assist you effectively.

5. No Spam or Self-Promotion: Do not spam the forum with advertisements, self-promotion, or links to unrelated websites.

6. Respect Privacy: Do not share personal information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, serial keys, or any other private data. Protect your own privacy and the privacy of others.

7. Use Appropriate Language: Keep your language professional and free from offensive or inappropriate content. This includes avoiding excessive use of caps, emojis, or excessive punctuation.

8. Report Violations: If you encounter a post that violates these rules or is otherwise inappropriate, report it to the forum moderators or administrators using the report button.

9. No Trolling or Flame Wars: Do not engage in trolling or flame wars. Constructive criticism is welcome, but inflammatory or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

10. Respect Copyright and Intellectual Property: Do not share copyrighted material without permission, and always give proper credit when referencing or quoting external sources.

Moderation staff and Aerosoft employees have the final say when enforcing rules.
