Exception (1) caught in AB_ND_GDI_Gauge::Callback: ErrorStep: '6'

Hi, I bought the A333 Professional a few days ago and I have the following 2 problems:

1 -

When I am in CLIMB or CRUISE I get a POP UP with CRASH.
This always occurs at the same points in the flight.
For example, on the SCEL-SAEZ flight always at 7000ft (Climbing) I get the CRASED-VEGETATION. And on the SAEZ-SBGL flight, always on cruise at FL390 and over the same city, I get the same message.
And doing TAXI in KSFO (always at the same TAXI point) I get a CRASH Pop Up.
Maybe this happens in other places around the world but I haven't had time to test it yet.

On the other hand, I have made 3 flights over Europe and I have not had any problems.

In the file AB_ND_GDI.log I found these lines that may help you:

     16:02:34 : ERROR :Exception (1) caught in AB_ND_GDI_Gauge::Callback: ErrorStep: '6'
     16:02:34 : INFO :Normal termination: Gauge starts closing now!
     16:02:35 : INFO :SimConnect closed successfully!
     16:02:35 : INFO :End of protocol! EOF

2 -

No matter how much fuel goes into MCDU, it will always load 32,500KG.
That is, the amount of fuel is always fixed. As much as I enter a different amount, the fuel will not change.

Clarification: Until now I have always started my flight from the READY TO TAXI state.  i don't know yet start from COLD AND DARK and that amount (32,500kg) is what the plane brings when the simulator starts.

I have a Prepar3d V5.3 simulator and I have already tried reinstalling the plane and this has not worked.

Please could you help me?

Thank you very much.
