I have problem with reinstalling Trondheim airport. When I log into my previous download, there is a key displayed, When I copy and paste the key when installing, I get the message that the key is incorrect. How can I get a correct key?

They keys are always correct.

- make sure that you entered exactly (upper/lower case) the same email adress you used during the purchasing process

- when you entered it via copy&paste make sure that there is no blank a the beginning or end of the serial number
