Please remove the license data from the "Account" window, close it and restart the NavDataPro client software. Now enter your license information again into the "Account" window.

If you are still getting an error, please post a screenshot on which the entire NavDataPro window is visible as well as the error message. Please make sure that the error message does not cover any part of the NavDataPro window.
