AS Updater 1.4.01 Crashes on launch

Hi, I have a problem with my AS updater, as it crashes on launch, i only get a white window when i run it, the app is fully enabled in the firewall etc, so there shouldn't be a problem. Does anyone have a fix for this?

I had the same problem, Hans made another Version of the updater, you can try this one, it worked perfectly for me and I did not had any problems since then:
