Steam CRJ200 not longer working with regular 10.51

Hello.  I previously purchased X-Plane 10 and CRJ200 from Steam.  I recently downloaded XPlane 10.51 digital download directly from Laminar (as part of XPlane 11 beta purchase) and decided to migrate to non-Steam.  All aircraft and sceneries migrated successfully (by copying the Aircraft and Custom Scenery directories into the new XPlane folder) but the CRJ200 does not work on load.  Most buttons are not capable of being pressed - only a few work such as landing lights.  Control inputs work and connection to iGoDispatch works but buttons are non-functional.  Is there a way to make the Steam version of CRJ200 work on a non-Steam install of XPlane?  Thank you
