anyfong 3 Posted June 7, 2016 Share Posted June 7, 2016 I just purchased the Flightfactor A350 directly from the X-Plane store, and I have read from the manual that the activation window will appear when I first load the aircraft to insert the product key. But it fails to appear even after several times, and the cockpit has textures missing and the landing gear is missing. I have blocked antivirus from scanning the X-Plane files, and I have X-Plane installed directly to C:\X-Plane 10 on Windows 10 64 bit. I included screenshots of the issue as well as the log.txt file and have sent a ticket to Flightfactor several days ago, but still no response. Log.txt Please login to display this image. Sometimes the C++ libraries are defective...
