Cant get on bus

New to this game loaded up ok got in drove the bus but today for some strange reason i cant get on the bus

click the mouse and no response

well i went and loaded game on another computer

it worked fine

but to my untrained eye  i am missing key presses  and mouse clicks

any pointers where or what i am missing

Just quit it and restart it,then it might work
