OK, I think I found it.
Its a 1912-1914 Kirkham water-cooled four-cylinder engine. Built by Charles Kirkham of Savona, NY.

Ok, heres my second guess.
Is this by any chance made by Hans Windhoff in 1924 in Berlin?

1. Once again, looks like it was built by Glenn Curtiss (Looks very similiar to the Model K Inline 4).
2. From Hammondsport, NY.
3. As for the year, Im gonna go with 1911.
BTW, this is my first post so I hope this is somewhat close. lol
