Unfortunately, I'm not sure if there's much that can be done regarding this. I imagine it's somewhat intentional on Asobo's side that these do not work with 3rd party sceneries, so the challenge score is equal for everyone taking part.

Unfortunately, the current version of the CRJ doesn't support Xbox. Once the next update is released, it's likely something that could then be checked up on again.

We have checked from our side, and it appears version 1.0 is the latest version. FSDG also lists 1.0 as the latest version themselves: https://fsdg-online.com/Version-History-Addon-list:_:16.html We believe this may either be a marketplace specific update, or an incorrect changelog posted there. Sorry for the inconvenience.
In regard to the serial, for SimMarket orders, unless a serial key is specifically for Aerosoft One, it will not function there. For this particular product, it uses an FSDG provided installer/serial, so it'll only work with their installer provided in your SimMarket account.

It looks like you might be using GSX. With GSX in MSFS, you'll need to an exclusion for any addon airports you have installed within the FSDT installer under the Jetway configuration section, or you might end up with double jetways like pictured. Once you've added the airport as an exclusion, the issue should be fixed.
