    My Traffic Version 1.20

    There is no trafic visible after installing Version 1.20.

    Attached is a picture of EGLL on Monday at 10AM. As you can see no traffic visible.

    Attached is another picture of my Scenery Library. Is MT2010 in its proper place?

    Can someone tell me where the install instructions are? The Links in the manual I have do not work.

    Installating

    Two manuals contain MyTraffic installation details. The <A href="file:///C:/Program%20Files/Microsoft%20Games/Microsoft%20Flight%20Simulator%20X/MyTraffic/Manual/install.htm">shorter installation manual describes step by step procedure to get MyTraffic running. A longer write up brings detailed information for more experienced users and can help with trouble shooting if necessary.

    Poor Support

    I have all confidence in Aerosoft support, but when given false information there is not much to do about. But to blame Aerosoft afterwards is really too bad. Guys at Aerosoft, keep the blue up and fly into the sunset with a big smile.

    I did not give anyone false information! I was the recipient of false information. Can you show me where your un-installer for MYT 2010 is?

    Poor Support

    Hello David,

    Do you remember me telling you that I had passed your e-mail onto the installer technician after "you" had already stated that you did not have an un-install for the program.

    Do you also remember you writing back to me saying that you hadn't heard anything from the installer tech.

    I helped you out the best I could with the information received so to say I did a poor job in the first place well I dont know how you worked that out.

    So after you now tell us you do have an un-installer then you go around blaming others.

    I guess it must be great to always be right. I do not have an uninstaller in the START menu as you suggested. I found it in the execute file of the download. I never heard from Aerosoft technical support. I appreciate you trying to help but it seems you were in the dark just like me. I posted in the Forum originally because I expected someone to offer some help. But I got none. Can you please show me where you have the Uninstall for MYT 2010? It is definitely not in the START menu on my system.

    I found the un-installer purely by accident no one helped. You kept telling me it was in the START menu. I'm not blaming others just stating the facts.

    Poor Support

    Hi Shaun:There is a way to uninstall MYT 2010. Why you folks didn't know this is puzzling to me. See Attached! I've wasted a couple of weeks kicking this around with the Forum and you. Nobody had the answer. So experimenting on my own I found the solution. Very dissappointed in the poor support you folks have offered. If your selling a product you certainly should br able to support it. In my opinion you've done a poor job. Thanks, David

    New Update V120

    Uninstall MT 2010

    Try to open the My Traffic 2010 Configuration and go to ´configure MyTraffic´

    Then ´Remove aircraft, scenery and schedules in MyTraffic Folder´.

    After that go to ´control panel´ and ´uninstall a program´. Now you should be able to deinstall MT2010

    Rebuild aircraft

    Found the problem. Take a good look at the pictures. It says "DON'T OVERWRITE" on both. That's why it worked the first time there were no aircraft files on that drive. How do I correct that to say "OVERWRITE"? All the other files say overwrite.

    Airport Design Editor Conflict

    Hello David,

    If using AI Traffic programs that supply there own AFCADs for the scenery then these should be disable so as to allow the 3rd party sceneries afcad to be the priority AFCAD.

    So you need to rename the extension on the MyTraffic AFCAD from BGL to BGX then it wont load.

    Rebuild aircraft

    What is Rebuild Aircraft! Maybe you should contact the developers of this utility.

    Hi Shaun:

    It is part of MYTRAFFIC 2010 under MY TRAFFIC CONFIGURATION. If you select "CONFIGURE MY TRAFFIC" pull down menu it is one of the options listed.

    Airports

    in Aerosoft Scenery

    Hello David,

    As far as airports and AI Traffic programs are concerned, its best to disable the AI Traffic programs AFCAD files for any 3rd party airports you have, should the 3rd party airport have its own AFCAD file.

    This ensures the correct file is used.

    My Traffic 2010

    MyTraffic 2010 contains around 2000 airports, and JFK is among them, and if I remember correctly JFK has gates associated. If I remember more, there are big construction works in JFK, several terminals are closed and most airlines use other terminals than in FS9 times. The layout provided with MyTraffic 2010 may represent such a state, so it may be not the actual one which will change soon again...

    Hello David,

    You can check the scenery library to see if MyTraffic has an entry if so you can press the Edit button to see the path to the folder where the files may be kept.

    I'm not 100% certain if MyTraffic 2010 does have its own AFCAD files this time round.

    Also check the scenery folder of your 3rd party scenery to see if it has its own AFACD file there.

    You can also get AFACD Utilities which allows you to alter who parks where should you choose to go down this route.
