[Nice Nice preview]

that is real good news! in the mean time it would be great if you could alter the known bug in the existing version: While flying IFR from Nice Airport LFMN, ATC is assigning all the time runway 04L/22R to take off which is wrong, should be 04R/22L as per extract hereafter from LFMN SIA document, see Chapter 4 DEPARTURES - 4.1 General informations, dedicated runway to departures is 04R/22L.

4 DEPARTURES 4.1 General information

3000 m South runway 04R/22L is dedicated to departures. The landing runway must be crossed before reaching take off threshold 04R or 22L. Short taxiing distances from certain stands to RWY 04L/22R holding points can generate runway incursion risk despite reinforced phraseology and day/night illuminated markings.

Due to the 309,50 m separation of the two runways they are not independent. This close proximity of the runways results in a complex taxi configuration, particularly when taxiing to 04R via taxiway W (marked in green), which is systematically used.

I was too busy and lazy as well....... to alter that on the existing.

Waiting this update, it will be great to install it on my next computer.....

I have just come home from a holiday in Antibes and flew in and out of Nice. I've used the airport many times as I know the area quite well and I was wondering if you had any success in creating a new AFCAD file for the airport as I too find it frustrating that the ATC assigns the incorrect runways?

unfortunately, as I am quite busy at the moment, I have had no time to go deeper into the documentation and create a new AFCAD file, maybe I might do that during X-mas holydays soon to come, I admit I am a bit slow on this one in fact........I shall let you know when ready.......

[American Aerolites Falcon: initial release issues]

Good evening Shaun,

First of all a small message to congratulate all the team in AEROSOFT and say this Falcon bird is a really good one!

Apart from this, there was a slight bug during the end of the software's installation, a window did not wished to close, I had to wait few second, and finally the window saying the installation was finished popped up. I have been restarting the laptop, and everything is fine now. I could fly yesterday for around 20 minutes...... really cool plane, easy to fly.

27kt??? damn this is really slow! Sometimes i'm even taxiing faster when i'm on my way to the runway 26R of the MAP München^_^...

Emi good evening, wish you haven't been flashed by a police radar at this speed.......

I need also to install MAP Munich (en français) but a bit lazy at the moment, wish this Falcon bird to be issued really fast.

[Falcon Ultra Light preview]

Than the Falcon must be almost ready, so could you give us some more datas about it? For example Vne, or the stall speed. Or if there's already one or more manuals ready, could you release one to make the waiting easyer please?
Also i'd like to know how long a runway must be for the Falcon.

And i'd like to see a few more pictures of the Falcon please:D, if that's possible?

the best data I could find are there, but not sure it is for single or twin seat config.......:

Vne: 75 knots
Stall: 27 knots

but always depending upon payload and config.

Now about landing and Take-off distance here are numbers:

1 OCCUPANT Landing 250' - T/O 200'2 OCCUPANTS Landing 400' - T/O 300'

Hi there,

quite new to flying, using FSX Acceleration pack on a DELL XPS M1530...... since one year now, waiting a bit to purchase a new configuration using an ATI graphic card.....looks working better apparently than NVIDIA's as far as I know and understand.

There is a troubleshooting while flying IFR from Nice Airport LFMN (really well drawn, thanks to you all in Aerosoft!). ATC is assigning all the time runway 04L/22R to take off which is wrong, should be 04R/22L as per attached SIA document, see Chapter 4 DEPARTURES - 4.1 General informations, dedicated runway to departures is 04R/22L. As this is my dedicated airport in the "real life" home is about 20 kms far from LFMN, I have only been taking off once from 04L last year, just because 04R was in maintenance, and the crew were pretty excited, because they are never using this one, just landing.

I have been trying to remove the scenery and install again, but still doing the same troubleshooting. There might be a.txt file to change for this, any idea to correct this ?
