  1. You have done a great piece of work there David!! I can paint using Photoshop but the Airbus X paintkit looks very complicated, how did you find it? The only thing I noticed is the tail logo lines are not lined up correctly but I understand that the tail has to be painted on to 2 seperate PSDs so I am not knocking you just was'nt sure if you had noticed. Maybe I will take another look at the paintkit and have a go wink.gif

  2. I keep getting a CDTat different stages in the sim. Sometimes after selecting the Airbus X from the aircraft selection page and at different stages in flight. The rerror message is:

    C:\Users\cMark\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\fsx.CFG.txt

    C:\Users\cMark\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\dxdiag.txt

    C:\Users\cMark\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\scenery.cfg

    C:\Users\cMark\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\fdr.dat

    C:\Users\cMark\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\dll.xml

    C:\Users\cMark\AppData\Local\Temp\WER7457.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml

    C:\Users\cMark\AppData\Local\Temp\WER9EB2.tmp.appcompat.txt

    C:\Users\cMark\AppData\Local\Temp\WERAA09.tmp.mdmp

    Hope this helps wink.gif

  3. ..and I noticed that the wheels stay round when it's on the ground too, that's really terrible. I want to be able to deflate my tires when I land on a soft runway or loose sand.

I bet you can't flush the toilets either, what kind of airliner is this?

And why doesn't the stewardess come by with complimentary drinks when I'm in cabin view?

How does anyone expect me to buy this?

Seriously, the wingflex thing has been discussed at length earlier, and if that is the dealbreaker for you......sad, really, being scared of a bus (what kind of name is that anyway?)

Why do you feel it's necessary to turn the discussion personal, sorry if I hurt your feelings. Any other aircraft being released for FSX has a wing flex it's a basic part of the overall experience. And no I don't want a stewardess walking down the aisle, I do enough of that at work already! And as for my profile name what's it to you? What's your pic all about, some kind a broke back mountain wanna be.... grow up!!

  4. Who said I am only interested in watching the aircraft? If I do a flight from say Frankfurt to Heathrow and only look from the cockpit all flight there would be no point in me having bought and installed the VFR Germany series cos you would not be able to appreciate the amazing scenery you are flying over! It is not just a small deviation to the wing, it all adds to the realism of the whole flying experience. So what are you going to do on say a 2-3hr flight.... stare into space and go goggled eyed at staring at the PFD's. Come on get real. This was fanfaired as the most realistic Airbus on the market, well it has fallen at the first hurdle in my opinion.

  5. No it wont.

The pilot does not see the wings while inflight, and the wingflex on A32X's is so little.

This airplne is made for simulated the pilots job, not sitting in a wing-view whole flight.

The wing flex depends on the aircraft weight and with a heavy load there is a flex to the wing. No the pilot does not see the wing but it adds to the realism when viewing the aircraft in spot mode to see the wings flex and view the scenery you are flying over. If your comment is true you may aswell not model an aircraft at all, just the cockpit!!!!

  6. No wing flex!!!! That's crazy. I thought all the great advances that FSX offers were being used? Surely wing flex would be one of them. I think that it is a must have. If that's true then I will not be buying it which is a real shame as I have been looking forward to this. Without wing flex you may aswell be flying a brick!!wacko.gifmad.gifblink.gifohmy.gif

  7. As for upcoming payware Euro sceneries from other very good developers, there is a VERY kickass Oslo in the works for FS9/X, Billund FS9/X, Krakow FS9/X, Salzburg and Klagenfurt FS9/X, and Alicante FS9/X.

Is it possible you can post the links to these airports that are being developed? wink.gif

  8. The window blinds on the A320/21 overwing exits have to be pulled up from the bottom of the window frame to close where as on all other windows the blinds are pulled downwards.... it's a safety feature as these are widows at the emergency exits wink.gif

  9. Monarch and BA fly 757's into GIB!!! When I used to fly for GB Airways we did it on A320/21. Takeoff was amazing, strapped into my crew seat in the rear galley. The pilots would power up to max thrust and hold it on the brakes. The aircraft shaking side to side and then they release the brakes n we catapult n bounce down the runway with the line of traffic waiting at the barriers wizzing past the small round window on the rear door. I used to think we would never get in the air, it seamed to go on for ages!! Then we would make a steep low turn out over the sea and then back over the town.... amazing!!!! Can't wait for this biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

  10. I have installed v2.07 in FSX and when the airvraft is being pushed back by the tug the screen vibrates violently up and down in synch with the tug engine noise. As soon as the push back stops and the tug engine stops the screen stops vibrating. During the vibrating if I look out of the left and right cockpit window there is no vibrating and in spot view or view walking with the truck then I get the vibrating. Is anyone else getting this and is there a way to stops this as it is very annoying. mad.gif
