  1. Yes, but it never worked. I reinstalled it today and we shall see. I'm using v 2000 of EGLL.

  3. I have Heathrow Professional installed in my E:\Documents\Prepar3d v5 Add-ons\Aerosoft\Sim-wings London Heathrow Professional. I downloaded the SODE package. Where I place the SODE folder to rub the batch file? The confusing documentation says to use the Scenery Add-on folder. Is that the same as the one in the v5 add-ons folder and, if so, do I put the folder in that folder or below it?
  4. Still haven't answered as to why the app says to go to the Support area. And when I get there, I can't get in because I haven't replied to some email I never got. Also, my first question about reinstalling could have been answer by a simple "yes," rather than the holier-than -thou responses about the manual.
  5. Why can't a simple question be answered simply. I found the update in my account. Do I have to uninstall before updating? Why did the app say to use the Support Update?
  6. Then why tell me to get it from the Support Update site? Do we have to uninstall previous version?
  7. I did buy it from Aerosoft. The app tells you to go to Support and download the update. I logged into the Support Update site, entered SimStarter P3d, but it told me I hadn't returned the email. Of course, it doesn't say what email, who it's from, what it's about. Anybody know how to get it?

  10. I uninstalled Ultimate Traffic Live since I now use another program for AI. When I try to open Simstarter I get a screen saying it can't find UTL. Since I don't have it any longer, how do I handle this?

  12. Not running AV software while running Simstatrer is not an option that should be followed, I don't think. Make an exclusion for it in the AV software, but not running it is an invtiation to malware.

    Every Time

    Why very time I close a scenario I get a Diff Manager with Display FullScreen Autofill=1; Display FullScreen Background=1 and Display WideviewAspect=1. I check it every time, apply it all profiles, but there it is again. Why?
  14. The problem is that some of the ORBX xml files are stuck within default scenery files. When I try to move them to touch the other ORBX files, I click OK to move them and that's when I get the exception. Happened again after rebooting with nothing else open. This did not happen before the update to build 42. After uninstalling the MK scenery, I was able to fix the order in the scenery configurator. No error message then. Still not the way to do things.
  15. That wasn't it. NOt sure what ORBX Central has to do with it, it's not an ORBX product that is being blocked.
  16. In latest update, 2.0u.6 42, I wanted to move some things in scenery.cfg section of scenery configurator. When I pushed OK, I got the attached error. The path is the correct one to the scenery. Why is access denied?
  17. After the latest update 2.0.6, the simulator choice box only shows v5. How do I get it to recognize 4.5 again?
  18. Just downloaded it. Seems OK so far.
  19. Had to redo a couple of things, but seems to be running OK now. Hope update to 2.0.5 works better.
  20. Not sure what you want me to do? The setting.ini has the correct path: C:\aerosoft\SIMstarter NG\data\userprofiles\P3Dv4\simCfgBackup. Nolw, however, when I started the program it said: CRITICAL ERROR: Important file(s) or folder(s) not found: 5/16/2020 9:10:00 AM FAIL PROGRAM < C:\aerosoft\SIMstarter NG P3D\up2date\up2date.exe > That was the file you wanted me to remove.
