  1. It has become far too quiet around the Airbus, but understandable when the project manager and one of the main developers leave. For me it is a mystery. Why does a project manager leave in the middle of a project - but that's another story. But that can't be good for the progress of the project. So for me there are now two possibilities: the bus goes down mercilessly or it comes with a loud bang very very soon.

The silence that it has suddenly become is not normal.

will there be any kind of time acceleration built in to the plane like there is in the pmdg 737 series, it would make sense as it’s a mainly long haul aircraft so we don’t have to have to sit there for the whole flight.

    Yes there will be

With great pleasure we received a pre-release (early beta) version from Mathijs to get first impression of the Aerosoft A330. Of course we also want to share this with you.
So good! We can't wait and you should be just as excited! :) Good job to everyone involved.

It's not toxic at all. As customers, we have to right to ask those questions and companies should be able to deal with questions like that in the most professional way possible. And they are.

I don’t think so. Look, if you wait for something you want to buy, are you writing everyday an email to the seller or supplier - NO. So , as a costumer you have to wait for the product you want. Aerosoft is not accountable to any of us - but this do some people here think.

i have hopes that they are going to release the plane on SimExpo

Who cares. They release when they release. Some developer takes more time. The questions for the release dates are making it more and more toxic. Lean back, relax and enjoy the beautiful summer weather. The A330 will come. But the release- date will not be earlier the more you and the others ask.

    In marketing, timing is everything.

I don’t think so. There is no reason for it and everyday they would lose money if the bus would be still ready and not released.
And another reason against it is - for which marketing-event they should wait for ??????????????????

All the big players in the scene have still released very cool planes. So what marketing-reasons should here be?

A certain few in this forum should find themselves a new hobby. Never have I ever seen more entitled and self-important customers

I wish you all the best while searching your new hobby - what a shame for this post- really. You don’t understand why some „costumers“ are reacting like they do 🤦‍♂️

If you understand humans , then you will know that everybody habe their own opinion - why not.

and now give me the dislikes 🤣

I forgot something - it’s about understatement for costumers. I think this is a big point here.
We all love flightsimulation and we all want that juicy Airbus from Aerosoft.

I know Aerosoft since over 20 years and most of the products are wonderful. I spend so much money in their products and I have been 98 % satisfied with their products.

What surprises me is how people and also costumers here react and deal with criticism. Some of these post are getting deleted and punished.
Sometimes there is a lack of empathy.

Okay, some posts are really silly and dumb.
For me Aerosoft does great work but the ways sometime they go here in this forum I don’t and can’t understand. I will buy the Airbus - pay the money for the bus and will habe fun with it.
Lets see how good the Airbus will be- also the NEO .

Well, as I have shown late last week, we do care a lot about the walk-around. Show me any DLC that has the level of details on engines etc and we'll talk. The simple fact is that pilots these days hardly ever enter the cabin. This is not a the 1980 were pilots would walk the cabin to bask in the admiration of the passengers. As said, we focus on the task of the pilots. Not the task of the cabin crew, not on the aircraft actually.

If this angers you in any way and you feel a DLC should simulate not only what the pilots need to do but also what passengers have to endure (is there any other term?), you are probably looking for another product. Sorry we could not satisfy your demands. However, this is not only my opinion as you suggest, it is also the project definition the developers work on. I write those.  Again, this simply might not be the A330 you want. I am sure there will be others.

    Dear Mathijs,

thanks for your answer. I am a little bit speechless. But okay thanks again.

It’s a flight simulator and not a cabin crew simulator ! Always wondering why people care about the cabin. You spend 99% of the time in the cockpit and just for one quick view into the cabin it’s not worth modeling it with a high resolution.

Ok this is your opinion. But the questions for the cabin are okay. We have it in the Fenix and it is a nice feature. PMDG has it also. Why so angry if COSTUMERS ask for it - I can’t understand. I think this question has it’s place and it is right to ask for it. 99,9 % of us are not pilots and for me it is nice to have it for the feeling especially if you do the walkaround with the drone before flight. If there is non - okay no prob. Like I said - nice to have and for my opinion a good question.
