Your're welcome. Not user editable? That's not entirely true. It can be done.
AI_PLAYR.DLL can be edited by the user via the tool AircractAnalyzer (and others) to adjust the timeout period for AI aircraft when to enter the runway and the taxispeed. It not allways shows "corruption" of a FS9 install.

You can repair the DLL from disk 2 of FS2004. Do the following:
1. Search your FS9 directory for *.DLL's;
2. Make a backup dir on a temp directory and copy all found DLL's to it (for safe keeping);
3. Take disk 2 and open MSGAME3.CAB and unzip all DLL's (sort within the ZIP programm and select them first before extracting);
4. Do this in a temp folder with "Use folder names" ON;
5. Copy the unzipped DLL's to the folders in FS9;
6. Then rerun the FS9.1 update programm;
This will do the trick.
It is far more better to make a backup of the whole FS9 directory if you have space enough on your hard drive.

Een conculega? Op jullie markt? Denk het niet. Geen kans. Keb het al druk genoeg bij de grootste en beste automatiseerder van Nederland.
Je hebt min of meer gelijk. Natuurlijk zal ik er ooit ook aan moeten geloven. Naar FSX .... zucht. Keb niet zo veel feeling met deze versie. Te veel toeters en bellen die ik niet nodig vind. Als ATC nou eens beter was geweest, tsja . dan had ik het overwogen. Ik zit nog wel gebeiteld de aankomende anderhalf jaar. Daarna zien we wel of Vista, DX10 en soft/ hardware een beetje begint te draaien en stabieler wordt.

I'll buy (aerosoft) FS9 products untill I'll drop. Even if I have to untill and beyond Christmas 2008. I'm a huge fan of FS9 and your company and buy most of your products because you have the policy "building FS9 and FSX version". Does your answer mean "we have changed our policy"?
If so, then my curiousity killed the cat. Now you are working with mr. Virtuali and adapted his (nonsense) policy "simply makes no commercial sense". This was also stated in the forums of C9 (the company I'll never buy any add-ons because they are rude and neglect the wishes of their customers) by mr. Virtuali. FS9 products make perfect "commercial sense". Look at AES, Budapest and other recent releases.
I hope you don't change your policy "building FS9 and FSX versions" to soon.

Ik ben nu met dat bittorrent verhaal 10 dagen aan het downloaden van de NL2000 pakket. En ik ben nog niet klaar!!!! Wordt er gek van. Kan en wil jij een paar dvd-tjes voor me branden? Of weet jij een andere manier om sneller aan de downloads te komen?

Welcome back from vacation. I hope you had fun and good weather.
The reason I asked this question was as follows. On Geneva I was directed by AES to gate 33. And the follow me car drove to gate 32. So that's why I looked at the AFCAD and the scenery. The AFCAD indeed said "gate 33" while the scenery said "gate 32" (looking at the number painted on the tarmac).
So or something is wrong programmed in AES or the AFCAD should be changed. I think it's the last.
Where can I see in AES which gate with which number is serviced on an airport in AES? Is there a way to read this in a BGL file?

Officially I'm an AFCAD designer. I got a question. When I change an AFCAD file of one of the AES airports (for example adding, changing or deleting gates and/or taxiways), do I have to do something extra in AES to activate the new assigned gates or taxiways?

You're the best. My wish is granted. Holland gets AES. Maastricht/Aachen will be equiped with airstairs and other stuff. I also like the new EBBR scene. I don't mind if I have to wait a little longer if you guys need more time for this airport in 1.80.
