I have purchased from you the software PFPX i have paid but I have received nothing or anything downloaded on your site to share the manual? I have asked questions but no answer and no explanation on the part of this "clement" ? In seeking i found to download on a site of simulation software PFPX but the serial number that you gave me does not match because he only has 10 characters (XXXXX-XXXXX) instead of 15 characters (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) .
