Edit: It is getting weird. Init FL seems to be ignored and if the AC REG is entered in DB with the "-", computing a flight is not a problem. Without the "-" -> "wrong argument". PROF204 is legit restriction on that sector that has been defined in the message. You can obtain IFPX annex generated errors document to help you fix the routing errors and also look up specific FIR documents (EUCOLD11R, EUCOLD12R).
