For some reason I have to keep entering the product code key everytime I play the game, and everytime I play the game I have to keep programing the buttons to control the game with the keyboard. Can you help me out? Thanks

Well Tony,

I am encountering one of the two problems you are encountering :

"Everytime I play the game I have to keep RE-programing the buttons to control the game with the "French" keyboard.

For info I installed the English version on a French Vista Premium and French Keyboard.

Can anyone tell us why this problem is happening. Many thanks.

Hello Folks,

If you run the game as Administrator this should sort the issue out.
Right click on the game start icon and select properties and then go to the compatibility tab and right at the bottom check the "Run this program as an Administrator" and then apply.
