zalagardo 0
Dear friends,First of all wish you all a happy new year 2018 and apologize for my fatal English, I do not master it.When creating a flight plan with the King Air aircraft BE90 I get the error "Aircraft Maximum Take-Off Weight ....", I modified the template (even introducing absurd values) but the error is always there. It has to be from the template of that plane because if I use another airplane the error does not appear.Exactly what should I look? What should I modify? Does anyone have a King Air BE90 template that works?I attached screenshots of the template and the error.Thank you. Please login to display this image. Please login to display this image. srcooke 422
The error is not from the template but the performance file, from where did it originate ? You are exceeding the permitted load.
zalagardo 0
Thanks for your answer. The truth is that I did not create any performance file, I created a new template adding the data and parameters of the aircraft manufacturer and information from other web pages.Where is the performance file located? srcooke 422
A template is used to adjust the performance file located in AircraftTypes to either an addon or user requirements. I don't believe the King Air C90 is a PFPX supplied performance file.
zalagardo 0
srcooke, thanks for your quick response. I've been looking for performance information on this plane (KA C90GTx) from the manufacturer's website Textron Aviation and I want to make a performance file based on that data. But I have some doubts when interpreting the parameters or syntax of the file. Goodnight everyone. I'm trying to create a performance file for the King Air C90GTx but I just did not know the syntax that is used for the following parameters. [HOLD] WGT; 8500 4000; 311.2 10000; 277.8 16000; 256.6 20000; 241.2 [/ HOLD] I imagine that WGT refers to the weight in pounds of the load, I guess it will be the MTOW, the values 4000, ...., 20000 will refer to the altitude in feet, but the values 311.2 .... 241.2, of what calculation is result? Then we have other important parameters like [CLIMB.x], [CRUISE.x] and [DESCENT.x]. Of all of them, the one that I have more or less clear is that of CRUISE. [CRUISE.1] Name = MAX FuelAdjust = 0.2; -0.2 SpeedAdjust = 10; -10 OptAltAdjust = 1000; -1000 MaxAltAdjust = 900; 0 [DATA] WGT; 10000; 11000; 12000 OPT; 27000; 26,000; 25000 MAX; 29,000; 29,000; 29000 0; 977; 246; 977; 245; 977; 245 2000; 949; 251; 949; 250; 949; 249 4000; 922; 256; 922; 255; 922; 254 6000; 898; 261; 898; 260; 898; 259 . . . 30000; 610; 311; 610; 307; 610; 303 [/DATA] [/CRUISE.1] I leave you a capture of the file in question so that someone will confirm if my assessment of the syntax of the parameters is correct. Thank you very much to all Please login to display this image.
