PFPX Not responding on startup

When starting up PFPX, it freezes and instantly stops responding before closing on itself. I have attempted to reinstall however there was no change in the operation of the program and it continued to crash. This only started to occur after I installed TOPCAT.

 

Error Log:

The program PFPX.exe version 1.2.8.7 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
