I sent photos to this email support@aerosoft.com and I had already reported the problem,But I did not answer. In the attachment you can find the photos that verify purchase, see please the email. I'am at your back and call. the serial WRONG obviously not in this photo but I've sent in email support. I hope it will be resolved soon.
