FSFK 3.10 - Problems with the serial

Hello,

I've purchased a copy of "FS Flight Keeper 3.10" via Paypal.

The order has been procesed correctly, but in the email I have received it says explicitly (in the section refered to the serial):

"Please contact the aerosoft support (order status is not proved)!"

and of course, the email doesn't include any serial to register the product.

Where is the problem? The order number is 285677.
