Couple of AES questions before purchase

Hi,

I think I have asked something along these lines before, but just before I purchase;

• Do you have to have the 'follow me' car or will it only come on request of me?
• Can I just use Jetways if I want? (e.g. will I only get what I request?)
• Can you use Stairs at a jetway parking spot?

1. You don't have to use the follow-me car, you can request it.

2. Jetways will come automatically at every gate which has jetways, of course only if you use a bigger plane which needs jetways.

3. That's not possible as far as I know.
