Since then, I had purchased a few other things and stopped using AES due to it not being compatible with FSX. Now that it is, I realized I never received my serial number. I tried emailing you guys last year but i received no response and i left the matter alone. Who can I contact to resolve this issue? Payment was made through papypal and all is documented. If there is nothing and you have a document that you have payed for this, the only way you have is to contact Aerosoft (via email oder phone) to clear that up.
