B738 command assignments

In detail I have two questions:

 

1) Generally, is their a possibility to see in the x-plane honeycomb configurator (latest available Version 2.1) all available commands and datarefs of my actual X-Plane(12) Installation, with all addons like xpilot, but also the laminar/B738 tree, like shown in the x-plane joystick settings page?

 

2) I 've loaded a honeycomb bravo profile for Zibo and I wanted to modify the mixture idle/cutoff commands (laminar/B738/engine/mixture1_cutoff as press event and laminar/B738/engine/mixture1_idle as releas event) to the Lever3Detent switch. Similar I tried for engine two on the Lever4Detent switch. As the B738 commands are not listed as selectable command I pasted these variables in the search line and applied changes. Unfortunatly these commands will not be saved in the variables. I made a command listing for that profil after appying. Is there a way to get it working?
