Recently we have seen a lot of codes used to unlock our products being offered for discounted prices. Almost all of them are bought using stolen credit cards. These codes will all be blocked by our systems and you will have to try to get your money back from the seller, we are unable to assist in these matters. Do be very careful when you see a deal that is almost too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.

  1. Excellent news; now are you getting closer to saying it is definitely a local PC issue and therefore we can’t fix the problem, or are you getting closer to saying it is in fact caused by our code, it’s a bug, and therefore we can fix it. Either way this issue is driving us all nuts! I’ve stopped using it the whole saga reminds me of the Flight 1 ATR LNAV, issue! I don’t think that ever got fixed I don’t know for sure, because I stopped using it, and just absorbed the cost. Deja vu All the best
  2. Well at least we now know what Aerosoft think about this issue...it’s a customer PC problem! Therefore it seems to me all the more reason to warn potential customers that your software has issues on many PCs, if you don’t like the idea of a short note how about; ‘try before you buy’. Just as a side note oddly enough the guy involved with the ATR problem also found a friend, after many months of posts and research (the developers also claimed they were unable to recreate the problem) that had the LNAV issue, he too went to his friend’s house...and...well I don’t know the guy vanished no news. I guess he got lost on his way to his friends house😀. I can’t remember the guys name, it’s been so many years now, but it’ll come to me. Best regards
  3. If that is the case then perhaps you need to state something like this: POTENTIAL PURCHASERS BEWARE: This product may not operate correctly/as intended on your computer! This reminds me of a LNAV bug with a very well known ATR aircraft running on FSX....to date, as far as I know it was never resolved. It was just so unreliable I ended up removing from my HD! It is such a pity that our bus is becoming unreliable for many customers. If,as you say Mathijs, this is essentially a local issue or computer system related it seems to me the issue may never be resolved or simply impossible to overcome seemly just like the ATR.
  4. @ozgulkagan Many thanks for your help it is very much appreciated. All the best Steve.
  5. If you accidentally activate the approach on the MCDU, can it be deactivated?

Absolutely agree, I’m not sure what’s going on with Aerosoft.
  7. Sorry chaps but I’m totally and utterly confused by this! It seems like the last update was a disaster! Presumably, it has been withdrawn, so what version should we go back to? Then update it to what! Oh I don’t know I’m just sick of all this! I’m now bloody sure I don’t like being experimented on! Seems to me we’re one step forward, two back! For goodness sake get a grip of this project, if for nothing else your customers sanity.
  8. I seem to remember @Mathijs Kok saying we were to have an update this week to improve the VS etc; is that still on the cards?
  9. Just curious really but it was stated; “1.2.1.2 For IAE A319 and IAE A321 only: Forward throttle input from IDLE led to decreasing(!) EPR command. From CL on it worked correct”. So how come the CFM version, which was working, suddenly became unusable? Bit of a mystery aye? I guess the testers never tested the CFM version with the hot fix since it was working prior to the hot fix which, as stated only fixed the IAE version. 😂 😂. Just a suggestion really but you really should sack Mr Bean! 🤣
