please double check if your "FLTSIM" order is OK, [FLTSIM.0], [FLTSIM.1], [FLTSIM.2] etc ...

 

Check also if you have another livery with the same name or similar and also if the texture folder name is OK, compare [FLTSIM.xxx] entry with the texture folder, sometime shit happens ...
