unfortunately there was still no reply from your Support-Team and i am really worried, because i don't want to have paid for nothing and i am really looking forward to using your software.
Is there no way for you to help me.
I would be very happy about your answer and maybe an explanation how to get the game started.

i´ve just bought the City Bus Simulator and the extension (Regiobus Usedom) as Downloads.The E-mail with the keys arrived, but everytime i try to register online nothing happens and the registration-window seems to stop.
You posted in the forum to send the keys back to you to solve the problem.How long will it take to unlock my game?
