  1. Wow, thank you very much JRBarett for checking, explaining, getting in contact with Navigraph and solving the issue đź‘Ť I think this topic can be closed.
  2. Thanks a lot for the link Mikealpha. So it seems I’m not alone with this behavior.
  3. I really hope someone can help and answer your question. It would be nice too, to see if the multi selection only happens to me or if anyone can confirm this behavior. In my opinion, there are now four possible scenarios: 1. Navigraph issue: There are never multiple transitions with the same name in the navdata and therefor the multi selection isn’t a factor anymore, because it just can’t happen. 2. CRJ issue: It’s correct that there are transitions with the same name and you should be able to select just one of them. 3. Navigraph & CRJ issue There are usually no transitions with the same name, but the CRJ should be able to select just one anyways. 4. No issue at all: There are transitions with the same name and if you select one, the CRJ selects all of them at once and you have to manipulate the flight plan.
  4. Thanks Thijs010 for your explanation. I thought of something like that being the reason for the same transition showing up more than once. But the big problem is that it’s not possible to select just one of the entries with the same name. There are always all of the transitions with the same name selected. You can see it on the screenshots I appended.
  5. Thank you for checking. It was the "ILS RWY 06" approach with "DIK" transition at "ELLX" Luxembourg. I will append a Screenshot. I had the same behaviour at other airports too, but as I flew so much the last days, I only remember ELLX. I will have a look into my Simbrief history. When I find more examples, I will add the info here.
  6. Hi, after updating the navdata with navigraph there are for some approaches several entries for the same transition. The problem is, that if I select one entry of the transition, that is listed multiple times, all entries are selected and the flight plan is messed up. Im pretty sure it’s a bug, but it would be nice to see if anybody else can confirm it.
  7. Hello together. First of all, I am very happy with the CRJ (even though I have the press "set payload" twice bug) and for me aerosoft did a good job. What bothers me is how the support is handled here. Please note, this post is meant as constructive critic and I hope it is seen as that. As a silent reader of the CRJ preview thread, I know how big the excitement and expactations were for this new aircraft. And therefor its very understandable, that it can be very frustrating for customers, when now things, for whatever reason, just dont work as expected. When I read now, that new topics like "Don't post list!" (yes exclamation mark) are opened, I think that this is not the right way to go. The customers are not paid for organizing this forum, they just want help and adress their problems with not much effort. Completely understandable. Why posting lists is such a bad thing? I can understand that this means work for organizing, but well, thats what you get paid for. You can even organize it in a way that suits you best and maybe get even more benefits from it. Why not answering somethink like: "We are sorry to hear that you have problems. Lets investigate your problems together and hopefully we will find a solution as fast as possible. Lets stay in close contact and we will put your issues to the right place." A right place could possibly be a read only section where you provide information for issues that you collected. "New", "Under investigation" and "Solved" could be possible official sections for issues. In the end the customer somehow bought support too. Even though your experience maybe tells you, that often problems come from the user and not the product, I think its something which has to be verified first (unless its really clear). I can understand when some people here are not very happy, when the solution is, hey you did something wrong. How do you know? Maybe they did everything correct and theres really a problem. What I mean is, be a bit more patient, actively involve the customer in the process of finding a solution or the reason why its not working. The "its a Asobo" thing. In my opinion its very understandable that people have problems with this statement, because, as far as I read, there are things that other aircraft can do, but the CRJ not. If I remember rigth, you mentioned that some things were related to the programming langue. But I think the critical information is still missing, as you could have used the same technology as the others. Well its just a bit difficult to comprehent and a bit more info would be nice. Finally, the FAQ. Please put it on the shop page. That is where it belongs. People have to know about these things prior to buying the product and be aware of things, for example, the ILS problem, even if its an Asobo issue. Please, I dont want to tell you how to do your job and the described things did not directly happen to me. I just picked them up here in the forum and somehow needed to adress them. I will go and fly the CRJ now. Have a nice weekend!
  8. It would be fantastic if Aerosoft could provide us one of their automated QA scripts for checking the flight performance. I know that this is not common, but could really help investigating this issue.
  9. Did you use kg? CRJ 700? I checked it with your settings (I used kg and crj700). Here my results: 1. Entered 62 passengers 2. FWD CARGO = 368kg 3. AFT CARGO = 370 kg 4. FUEL = 3400 kg 5. CG: 15.9% MAC, TO TRIM: 7.9 6. Click on "SET PAYLOAD IN SIMULATOR" 7. CG: 19.2% MAC, TO TRIM: 7.2 6. Click on "SET PAYLOAD IN SIMULATOR" 7. CG: 16.4% MAC, TO TRIM: 7.8 A pity, I hoped that I get a different result from yours. Then it would have been likely an issue with the ingame weights. But now it seems that we are talking about two seperate defects here.
  10. Hi all. I had to register to share my experience with this problem. Well here is my first post in this forum. I had the pitch problem too. I first did 2 reinstalls, but the problem was not fixed. Then I read here what mezgergva and Crabby wrote. For me, pressing the „set payload in simulator“ button twice on the EFB really solved the problem. After the first click the green marker moves and I get a certain TO trim value. And now the magic…After clicking it a second time, the green marker and the TO trim are changing again and the pitch problem is gone. It doesn’t matter for me if I use passenger count or ZFW. It is really only about that second click for me. I hope my first post can help the one or another or at least give some hope. Btw, I had the impression that in the first takeoff video of the dude the nose went up very fast and high too. But well, was just an impression. I could be wrong.
