Ok..topic is closed for me.
I'm keeping in mind that Cockpitmaster support is not existant and I keep my fingers crossed that my CDU will never have a real defect.

Did the Cockpitmaster support already give a statement? I might be able to provide a log file if this is implemented in the driver?

Is my problem maybe related to the fact that I'm using MSFS experimental multi monitor function? Maybe this is causing a loose of focus?

11 days since my Email to the Cockpitmaster support team and no reaction yet. Also no answer in this forum. Thats a perfect example of bad product support.

No one here owning this CDU? The developer is also not responding to my email. Its a nice piece of hardware but support seems not to be the best

Hi,
I'm using the latest version of the PMDG 737-800 under MSFS (1.29.30.0; MSFS v11.0.282174.99) and the Bridge software v2022.1.0.exe. I'm on the v3.0.1 firmware currently. Everything works absolutely perfect except one thing.
When I minimize the bridge software to the system tray by clicking the "-" in the upper right corner the connection somehow gets lost after about 5 seconds or so. The display still shows the CDU but it is not accepting any inputs at that time anymore. As soon as I'm maximizing the bridge software window from the system tray the software starts to display all key press input figures that did not show up before and I can then start to use the CDU normally again.
In short. The bridge software does not work in minimized condition for me. I do not have any other programs running at that time and I tested several USB ports including some directly at my PC without a hub in between.Will an upgrade to the latest firmware solve the problem? I'm not a big fan of firmware updates, thats the reason ehy I'm asking.

is there any way to shut off the CDU display after the PC has been shut off?
It is still lighting in my case.
Menu+P does not work.

Hi,
so far I have not updated the firmware of my CDU. It is still running on the old one that comes with it when buying it.
I'm always very afraid and reluctant to perform changes to something that is working in principle.
What would a firmware upgrade bring for advantages? What changes does it bring?
For me the CDU is already perfect except one thing. Sometimes the CDU is missing a key input. I have to press it two or three times until the input is there. Looks like a lag. Does the new firmware maybe solve that problem?
