[Trying to reinstall SimStarter NG P3D]

As title after PC rebuild. P3Dv5.3 HF2 installed and working. Tried the various fixes suggested on this forum to no avail. Just being asked to redownload the latest version from source. Sadly the version on Simmarket to re-download where I purchased it is too old and takes me back to the start of the whole 'not recognising sim version' loop. 

 

Please tell me where I can download the latest version that will self update. Thank you
