  1. i know this has been adressed and propably fixed already. I am just adding an example here were for some reason the FMC does not crash -despite having an ARC DME- but fails to follow. Maybe its helpful, i mean, the more information the better right? The red line is the flight path recorded from the ACARS and at the "green cross" i switched to HDG mode. This is the ILS Z 21L(EGN) Approach for LGAV Athens.
  2. yes, they confirmed to fix it and thats fine. Mistakes happen, no issue here ... But, I do understand also the frustration. Sure, you can plan your flight without an approach that contains arcs, but when flying online its not unusual to be cleared for a different approach by ATC. So imagine you are flying 1-2-3 hours and ATC gives you something with an ARC DME ... well yes, you could then check the chart and tell ATC to give you something else, but thats not the point
  3. i was planning to fly to LEBB tonight ... i added DOSUL2T as STAR and the sime froze completely.   4. i have tried it two times now, but every time the plane will just do a wrong turn for this approach. from CODIC i get vectored to RDS (or CODI2F STAR) ... final turn to CF24 should be LEFT, but instead the plane flies RIGHT. maybe this is somehow related to this issue here?
  5. so, can someone confirm here that this is something which is beeing looked at? Or if some kind of limitation? Its not only those two SID's its happening often that a wrong turn is beeing initiated.

  7. Hello everyone, after some flights with the CRJ, this is the first time i have experienced this. I am not sure if this is related to CRJ or to MSFS, this is why i add it just as an "FYI" here into General Discussion. Maybe it rings a bell for someone or will help for future reports or investigations. So actually most of the time i am flying at about 30-40 fps. I dont run the fps tool usually, so its just guessing, but definately it is running quite smooth. Yesterday after starting to descend from FL380 to KATL (ILS RWY 09L RYENN via SITTH2 STAR) my FPS suddenly dropped and got locked at 10. They never recovered and even after clicking ESC to pause the sim they remained like this with "Main Thread" beeing my bottle neck. I run a 9700k 32GB Ram and RTX2070, temps were perfect and CPU usage at 20-30ish %. Never have experienced something similar yet.
  8. After TO from LGTS RW34 ARNAS3A, at MKR 10 the plane should do a left turn to intercept MKR VOR at R084. But instead it did a right turn to intercept MKR VOR at R804.
  9. hi, i think you misunderstood me ... or i did ... The plane is descending with 250knots whereas it should pitch up to slow down to 240 before further descend.
  10. hmm i am not sure ... i dont have any switches assigned for Anti-Ice. I am using the T16000 Joystick and Throttle, so i only assigned the basic flight control stuff on those controllers. Button, Switches etc i operate by clicking with the mouse.
  11. hi @Polo, i am not insisting that my programmed approach is something that would be done also in RL. Your proposal seems definately legit ... Though, many STARs wont be executed fully in RL, but thats not the point . In my opinion its still very wrong what the plane does. I mean, lets forget about that last part and only check RUSO2X isolated. Check my blue flight path, you will see, that the plane was not able to enter even the first ARC and fly it consistently until XANAD.
  12. just tried again the same with 220-200kn ... still not correctly flying the arc and finally overshooting XANAD.
  13. SPEED mode does not always pitch up to loose speed and instead keeps descending. E.g.: DES 240 GREEN, current speed 250 and the plane still keeps descending. This will result in ending up way below the vpath snowflake. I would expect the plane to pitch up to slow down to 240 and then continue descend to target altitude. This is not always reproduceable, in 80% of the cases the SPEED Mode works fine.
  14. Flightplan: LGAV/21L KEA2F KEA L617 MIL J56 RUSOS RUSO2X LGSA/XANAD.D29-Y The Plane did not fly the ARC's properly and constant. I had a speed of about 250. Also NAV does not react quickly enough and finally it will overshoot XANAD and turns right to intercept it, whereas it should turn left to intercept radial 288 of SUD VOR. I tried to paint it quickly to show the actual flight path (blue)
