Recently we have seen a lot of codes used to unlock our products being offered for discounted prices. Almost all of them are bought using stolen credit cards. These codes will all be blocked by our systems and you will have to try to get your money back from the seller, we are unable to assist in these matters. Do be very careful when you see a deal that is almost too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.

  1. Why do not I get an answer to that? Did not I put the question right, or what else do I have to do? Or am I too impatient?

  3. ??? How do I set up, e.g. a channel 118.13 or 118.18? The mouse is only possible in the 0.025 frequency grid! So only 118.10 / .12 / .15 / .17. That's not different in 1.2.2. It is particularly unpleasant if I have set a 118,135 in the IVAP. This will then be displayed in ComRadio. The mouse then only goes 118.135 / .160 / .185 / .210 ... That is then completely stupid. Since I prefer my channel with the keyboard on my workaround as long as it does not work properly.

Da mich das ständige eingeben von Frequenzen/Kanälen im IVAP bei IVAO mittlerweile immer mehr nervt, habe ich solange sich in den Cockpits nichts tut, einen workaround erstellt.Mit dem downloadbaren Programm, habt ihr die Möglichkeit die Kanäle direkt im Cockpit einzugeben.Ihr setzt damit die Standby-Frequenz des Fliegers.Nach Programmstart (ggf. als Administrator), kurz Linke + rechte Schift-Taste gleichzeitig drücken (linke zuerst).Danach 5 Ziffern über Numpad eingeben. Das wars.Geht meiner Meinung nach einfacher als mit der Maus:-)Sollte auch in allen Fliegern funktionieren.Die Kanäle können damit wie bei IVAO im Moment gefordert, auf 2 Stellen genau hinter dem Komma eingegeben werden.Für die, die das auch nervt einfach downloaden!

  7. Hallo Aerosoft Team, was ist der Grund weshalb keine Bug-Liste für bekannte Fehler für die Kunden veröffentlicht wird? (Sollte es eine solche veröffentlichte Liste geben, wäre es natürlich nicht schlecht zu wissen, wo man sie findet.) Sie würde all denen helfen, die sich erst einmal selbst verdächtigen etwas falsch gemacht zu haben und dann ihre Zeit damit verplempern, herum zu suchen woran es denn liegen könnte. Wenn es keine veröffentlichte Liste gibt, ist es meiner Meinung nach schlechter Stil seine Kunden darüber im ungewissen und mit der Fehlersuche allein zu lassen, obwohl ein Fehler bereits bekannt ist. Wäre nett, wenn ich als Kunde hierzu eine Antwort bekäme. VG Achim
  8. I wonder why this forum is called "SUPPORT" forum. It would be helpful if Aerosoft takes a stand on this. I'm a customer, not a beta tester. Are we doing anything wrong here, or why are we not getting any comments from Aerosoft?
  9. Good that you came to the same result and not only me have the problem. I have not tested it at another airport yet. Does it work with you at other locations? I really would not understand it then. RNAV is a normal GPS path. Why should it work better elsewhere then. ps. After METMA, I think, the next WP is the runway threshold 23L. Thus, all distances and heights are known. !!! Maybe AS could say also something about it. I hope they do not have so many other doings, that they have no time for us !!!

  11. Okay, okay, I ever forget it, that it is P3D that use only 2 decimals:-) But FSLABS and PMDG (744/748) circumvent the problem. They definitely do it.
  12. Take a look at page 19 (Step by Step manual). You have to use the p3d save situation menue.
  13. Is this a known bug? Situation: 3 miles before FAF -green dot speed/ or 180 kn and flaps 1 - FAF altitude - APP pressed - LS off - Track on After FAF (FMA shows the right modes) but the bus don't follow the RNAV path. He maintain the FAF altitude. Selected RNAV works fine. P3DV4.4 / A319 (other buses not tested)
  14. The bus has problems with the 8.33 kHz raster. If you fly online and give a frequency, e.g. 125.835 on your client (eg IVAP), then there are problems if you want to adjust the frequencies again by mouse.
