If you have ordered a new AES Serialnumber, please first update to the newest AES Version before you enter the new received SN in AESHelp. Older AES Version will may not accept this new SN's.
Older SN will be still valid in AES.
Note: Please never post any SN or order related problems here or in other forums, only send such questions via email to support@aerosoft.com
If you use non legal SN's, don't expect any support for AES in the future.

Note:
Serialnumbers provided by the Aerosoftshop since today, will not be working on the first released AES Installer of Version 2.21 or older Versions.
If you have download the AES 2.21 before 30th of January 2012 14h UTC, please redownload the Installer now and run it again, then you can enter the new SN's.
